Brooks Green is a new build extension , 2019-20. The NIPPs were prefabricated and transported to site . The walls had the wood fibre insulation blown in off site. The walls have been clad in a composite cladding and it has a tile roof. The U-value for the build is 0.108 W(m2K). The 120sqm of walls took 1 hour and 45 minutes to be craned into place.
