The Curly House

The Curly House, overlooking the Sussex Downs, is a new build that was built from Nudura ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) that is a low energy build home based on Passivhaus principles. It has a mechanical ventilation heat recovery system (MVRH) and brise soleil , together with the insulation, Optiwin windows and air tight build leads to its low energy use and prevent the house from overheating. The house received a global award in 2013 from ICF Builder.
